La Source

The business is the property of the family Celi-Cuc and extends over approximately 6.5 hectares of specialized DOC vineyards.

Vineyards of Saint Pierre, Aosta Valley

La Source is located in Saint-Pierre, a village located in the center of the Aosta Valley, easy to reach, and with excellent exposure to sun, that has allowed the farmers and wine growers to obtain products of excellent quality, rich from both the chemical and olfactory point of view.

The village, characterized by the castle that overlooks the plain carved out by the Dora Baltea, borders other villages such as Sarre and Aymavilles, also famous for their castles and their vineyards.

The SOURCE began in 2003, at the wish of some young farmers backed by various experiences in the agricultural and especially wine growing field, as well as descendents of Valdostan families dedicated to agriculture for generations.

Currently the business is the property of the family Celi-Cuc, and Stefano Celi is their guiding light. From the class of 1971, with a degree as an agrarian expert at the Salesian institute of Lombriasco, he descends from a family that for generations was dedicated to agriculture in Aosta Valley. After other work experience and long part-time agriculture work, since 2005 he has been dedicated full time to agricultural activities and particularly wine production.

The business extends over approximately 6.5 hectares of specialized DOC vineyards. The care of the vineyards is monitored by the owner who chooses the best agronomy techniques for the vineyards to best express their potential.
